Fathers Day

I was up bright and early due to Parker feeling like he was ready to get up around 5:30, so I've been thinking of how lucky I am to have wonderful fathers in my life. My dad is a great man. Hard worker-Loyal-Giving-Caring-Happy-Smart...the list could go on and on.

The dad of my children. I often get told how lucky Derek is to have me in his life(won't argue that) but little do people know what truly goes on in our home.. He is a WONDERFUL husband and father. He has 3 little boys who adore him. Allison also has eyes for her daddy. He makes us all laugh and brightens our home everyday. Every morning he sits at the kitchen table to put on his work boots while Parker eats his breakfast. As soon as Derek grabs his lunch that's Parker's que to squeeze his daddy's legs. We are sad to see him leave everyday and thrilled when he walks in the door to come home.

This picture tells a lot about my Father -in -Law. He also is a great man. I'm grateful for the things he taught Derek growing up. Steve is also a hard worker and is willing to serve.
